Short version: this site asks for 1 thing, an email address, and uses it to send you what you asked for. It is not sold, rented, or shared with anybody.

What gets collected

When you put your email in the box on this site:

• Your email address. That is the only thing you type, and the only field on the form.
• Basic referral data collected automatically: the page URL, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) in the link you clicked.

No name, no phone number, no payment details. There is nothing for sale on this site, so there is no reason to ask.

What it is used for

• Sending you the free course, files, and materials you signed up for
• Sending follow up emails about building, marketing, and closing
• Understanding which videos and links bring people here

Who processes it

Your email is stored in a customer relationship system operated by OathDriven LLC and hosted on its own infrastructure. Email delivery is handled by Resend. This site is hosted by Vercel. Each of those providers processes data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

What is never done with it

• It is never sold or rented
• It is never traded or shared with other marketers
• It is never used to sign you up for anything you did not ask for

Getting out

Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. You can also email ryan@oathdriven.com and ask to be removed, or to have your data deleted entirely, and that will be done.

Cookies and tracking

This page sets no cookies. It loads no advertising pixels and no external fonts.

It does count visits, using Vercel Web Analytics. That is served from this same domain, it does not use cookies, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites. What it records is aggregate: how many people landed here, roughly where in the world, what kind of device, and which link sent them. We use it for one thing, to know what share of visitors ask for the course.

If you fill in the form, the link that brought you here is stored alongside your email address so we know which video or post it came from. That is described under "What is collected" above.

That is the whole list. If it ever changes, this page changes in the same deploy.

Children

This site is meant for people running or starting a business, and is not directed at anyone under 16.
